A 650 holley, particularly a worthless double pumper is way too big for a tiny 302 with standard ring an pinion gears. If the carb is too large, the pump shot will be consumed before the main system starts. On the kawasaki klr650's with the single frame bar above the carb, the supplied 10mm wide, port matched rubber mounting flange spacer needs for fitting, you may watch glenn's video on youtube klr650 mikuni pumper fitment where he demonstrates the complete process and the minor fitting.
